Israeli defence minister says Gaza operation to continue until new order

Israeli forces will continue operations begun overnight in the Gaza Strip, targeting tunnels and other infrastructure of Hamas as well as leaders of the Islamist movement, Defence Minister Yoav Gallant said on Saturday. “We attacked above the ground and under ground, we attacked terror operatives of all ranks, everywhere,” he said in a video statement. Woman shot dead inside her house in Delhi’s Jaitpur

A 24-year-old woman was shot dead allegedly by a man in front of her brother and mother inside her house in southeast Delhi’s Jaitpur area, police said on Saturday. The incident took place on Friday night, they said. The assailant pumped four bullets into the woman, identified as Pooja Yadav, on Friday night, killing her on the spot, police said. They suspect that the accused was known to the victim.

7 members of family die by suicide in Surat

Seven members of a family allegedly committed themselves in the Siddheshwar apartment complex in Gujarat’s Surat on Saturday, according to authorities.
